You should post your config file (with passwords removed). error log for the moment of "badly buffering".

It's probably down to the flash poorly handling frame sync midstream. The intro goes through no problem but then icecast starts sending on a non-frame boundary. Flash fails but other players work with ... |

After adding AD as an <intro> to our stream, discovered, that this causes flash player, embedded in our site to constantly drop sound (every second).

that option is only in the kh tree, if you are on 2.3.2 then that isn't available.

max listeners is a mount setting, you just need to define a mount for whatever the relay local-mount is.
