Here's my idea:
dir.xiph.org works with a fixed number of pages per filter. Stations that don't have enough listeners fall off the last page. Maybe that's the case with you? |

I have never used facebook, but if they let you put an iframe on your page, you can just setup the server locally and put any output in the iframe. |

Winamp comes with an AAC+ encoder. Edcast can be used to pass this format to Icecast.

I'm getting these, too, and lots. The network addresses look similiar, and they all have in common the same user agent:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0)

You can block by IP in either codebase but the useragent filter is only in the kh tree with the <deny-agents> tag (a filename with matching lines to block, wildcards allowed)
