Hola mi nombre es César y estoy empezando con este gran mundo del streaming queria ver si me pueden hechar una mano con este problema despues de investigar por varios días he logrado configurar icecast.
Pero al momento de querer arrancar icecast con este comando
icecast -c /etc/icecast.xml -b
Y me sale este mensaje
Stating icecast2
Detaching from the console
Could not create listener socket on port 8001
Server startup failed. Exiting
Acabo de verificar el puerto en mi firewall y esta abierto el 8001 no se a que deba esto muchas gracias |

prueba:
netstat -anp|egrep 8001
ahi podrás saber quién lo ocupa.
