Hello.
does icecast offer online stats via webpage like shoutcast does with a dnas?
I cant seem to find any info on it if it does exist. _________________ www.deephouselounge.com |

You should have a alias that maps http://...:port/ to the status.xsl file showing available streams that are. More information is provided under the administration /admin/stats.xsl. Obviously we could add other stats but there needs to be a clear definition of how those are measured.

for /admin related requests yes, the /status.xsl or any other webroot page does not require admin for that.

talking about stats karl, do you know a script of light software that i can set on my server and handle icecast logs to make historic stats reports over a time period so the clients can check it when they want to know his stats?
like listeners per month, week, day, today, last day, last week, last month, etc... where listeners are from, time they keep listening, etc... like the features of the control panels like icecast but without the control...
or maybe a very light control panel that i can try to do that without touch anything on a shared icecast with 10 mountpoints/clients... |

I would suggest http://sawmill.co.uk - in my opinion the best tool so far, because it can handle LARGE logs of several servers and is very fast.
It shows cities, regions and countries and is highly configurable.
It costs a bit, but not as much as most other scripts. |

thanks for the suggestion, but none of the products satisfy the needs of a light statistics software and they are even more expensive than centova or others control panels... |
