Hello Karl,
I'm using Icecast HK 2.3.3-kh5 on a Centos 6 server.
It works great, but once a day it hangs and I don't know why.
So, the first thing I've tried to do is to upgrade to version 2.3.3-kh11, but with this version I've a problem with the list client xml file to get details about the listeners.
My problem is that version kh11 creates a different xml file from the kh5.
I've seen that kh11 adds two fields: ID and REFERER.
For example, this is what I get from kh11:
Code: |
<listener id="245">
<ID>245</ID>
<IP>1.1.1.1</IP>
<UserAgent>Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_3) AppleWebKit/600.5.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0.5 Safari/600.5.17</UserAgent>
<Referer>http://fwww.xxx.com/?autoplay=1</Referer>
<lag>0</lag>
<Connected>921</Connected>
</listener>
|
ID and Referer are not present on hk5.
So, could you please tell me which is the last kh version that is not using ID and referer on the listeners xml?
Or, which is the kh version where you have added this two fields for the first time?
I know, I should have to update my scripts to get the data from the last kh11 version, but now it's urgent for me to solve the issue with version kh5 that hangs on my centos server.
Thanks for your help
Luca

hmm, I think after kh7 is where it was added, but that was a long time ago and various updates and fixes have gone in since then.
Note that 2.4.0-kh1 is up now, but those tags are in there.

Thank you Karl,
I'll give a try to version kh7.
Yes, I've seen the new 2.4 kh1, I'm going to install it on a test server to check all then scripts to get listeners information.
I really appreciate your job.
