Hi,
recently I've spotted what logging is not working.
I can't recall exact time, but previously it worked in my scenario which is:
Install Icecast on Windows Server with local Administrator right, grant modify right to folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Icecast\log and run Icecast as local user without administrative permissions.
It seems somethings has changed and this scenario does not work anymore.
Tried to give modify right to this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Icecast, but without success.
Is there a solution for this? It would be very "uncomfortable" to run Icecast from account with high privileges.
Thanks in advance for Your answers and possible solutions.
p.s. as far it seems what only logging is not working (files does not create and/or update here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Icecast\log , if ran from Administratror - it works.), everything else seems working.. |
