Hola a todos,
acabo de inscribirme y queria hacerles una consulta ojala puedan ayudarme
he instalado el icecast2 en un ubuntu 8.04 y estoy enviando desde una camara genius instalada en una maquina en windows xp con un cliente VISONAIR, bueno hasta ahi no tengo ningun problema, clara la maquina en linux con el icecast y la maquina que envian el source con visonair de la camara estan en el mismo switch, hasta ahi todo normal, mi problema surge cuando quiero enviar video con el visonair desde una mauina que se encuentra en un swicht diferente, la conexion se realiza pero cuando se envia el pirmer paquerte la coenxion se corta, este es mi archivo de configuracion de icecast:

Bueno despues de muchas prueba, vi que habia que aumentar el tiempo de espera, en source-tiemout, porque era muy corto y cuando encia source desde otro tramo de red, no alcanzaba el tiempo Smile, asi que aumente este parametro.

Ahora me enfrento a otro problema, configure un mount

para el caso en que deje de enviar desde una fuente , y se cargue otra automaticamente. pero ahi tengo un problema , cuando corto la fuente principal y emito con la fuente marcada en fallback-mount el cambio no se manifiesta automaticamente en los clientes, y un cliente que esta visualizando tiene que cerrar y volver a entra o actualizar, para ver la nueva fuente. como soluciono esto ?
