(This was posted elsewhere, posted here as it is more appropriate)
Hi,
Will the number of bytes uploaded by a source be put in the access log anytime soon? I have a guy who regularly uploads 1 or 2 GB of stuff, which I get charged for, when he has no listeners.
My people know they are to be charged for their upload bandwidth, but I just can't log what their upload is, to bill them. I know the admin area does a running total, but it's hard to incorporate that into scripts because it's a number that keeps getting bigger, and then disappears when the source goes.
There is an entry in the access log but it is incorrect. Currently it shows:
"SOURCE /49999 ICE/1.0" 200 19 "-" "-" 19
where /49999 is the mount point.
If I can get the number of bytes a person uploads, this server will be perfect for me
