If the source client is seeing a stall then the stream data is not being consumed by the icecast end of the link. That either means icecast is stuck, possible but you would probably see other parts of icecast failing like the byte counts not increasing as they should, or there is a network issue causing the stream data to not get to icecast. In the latter case you would probably see a source timeout in the log.
Knowing the stream bitrate and the byte counts will probably help you check what is going on.

there are 1 hour is stable now . May be like you told it was network problem. My bitrate is 40 kb and 22,1 Khz mono . My connexion in up is only 166 kb.
I have 2 quesqions again
1- can i see all listener ip in one log during a month ?
2- In listclients.xls can i put a column to insert flag country for all ip ?

1. look in the access log
2. not in the listclients.xsl, IP lookup is better done external to icecast, so by all means take a snapshot then go through the list of IPs
