Hi
I am in the progress of starting up a student radio. We are planning to only broadcast via the internet to start with.
So we have set up a server running Ubuntu and Icecast, and using Darkice to encode audio from the mixer (or we're not quite finished with the setup yet.. but that's the idea).
We don't have any compressor though! And there is no money to buy one. So I am looking for software solutions. Does anyone know of a standalone compressor that you can put just before or just after Darkice?
Regards
