Hi All!
I have one question about Icecast relay. Can I relay contents to or from a Windows Media Services Server?
Best,
Marcio |

If it uses a http style connection and the stream format does not need special processing then yes

Karl,
Reading help about Icecast config file I have realized that using <relay> option I just get an mountpoint in a remote server and relay it through my icecast server. Is this right?
I want to serve I mountpoint of my server to a remote server using WMS. So, the WMS server needs to be configured to relay my mountpoint, right?
Sorry for my dumby questions, I'm a newbie here!
Best,
Marcio |

I cannot comment about the configuration of WMS, but a relay in icecast pulls the stream from a remote server.
