Icecast Streaming Media Server

OK, so I just signed up to stream to this service provider
http://turbocaster-use.com
I have a shoutcast control panel on the server space I just rented
I have not a clue how to stream from Nicecast to this server so that it can stream ( is this relay) and yeds I did search google and read a bucnh of stuff but no help.
In the panel is shows a section called relay. Is this where I need to put in my nicecast ip or is this where something would go if I was relaying from this shoutcast sever?

can someone explain in simple terms how I should have Icecast set to send to this server?

icecast is the server, not a source client. I think nicecast also includes a source client which is the component you want to use. That will talk to the remote server but the configuration of that is not a question for the icecast forum.
