well it's not surprising that you cannot connect on 192.168.0.100 as you have told icecast to bind on address 127.0.0.1 only

Okey my fault, i restarted the server and /etc/init.d/icecast2 dosent work :S
i did
icecast -c /usr/local/etc/icecast.xml
and it worked...
when i installed icecast2 i didnt get icecast in init.d so i copyd icecast2.default to /etc/default and changed the name to icecast2
and icecast2.init to /etc/init.d/icecast2
someone know a howto to this or something? |

If there is a problem with the distribution package then you are best off talking to the packager in question. As for the bind-address, you can only state one per listen-socket but often people use them when they shouldn't. If you don't know what it does then don't use it.
