Icecast Streaming Media Server

Greetings, I want to mix 2 streaming voice from the internet for make a talk radio program.

It have to be in real time, no joining playlists.

Example :

Streming 1 : blablablabla--------------blablablabla-----blabla
Streaming 2 : --------------blublublublu--------------blub--------

Result streaming :

blablablablablublublublublablablablablubblabla

The MUSE software could help me on this? Or what I've to do?

This kind of setup is best done with a mix-minus sort of setup. I can go into more detail on this later, but here are a couple of links which introduce the concept:
