I found the solution rpm update:
rpm -Uvh rmpname.rpm
I have install the old rpm on this way rpm -ivh icecast-2.3.1-0.i386.rpm
Now looking for the last i386 rpm not source rpm. But can not found that rpm.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,

the 'best' way is too vague a question. The simplest way would be to upgrade the package from your distribution but we are not involved in that so you have to ask them. What we provide is the original source and you can build and install from that but that does not mean it's the "best" for you.
