Icecast Streaming Media Server

k so here is my set up. Winamp Icecast2 and edcastv3(i think) and im on a laptop with Vista. so today i was connected with ed and on Ice it showed up the sorce but my friend could not connect to me. and now it connects with ed but the sources dont show up on Ice. plz help me some one. and if got yahoo it would be soooo much better to be able to talk thr.

Where is icecast2 installed?

Are sure that you are filling the right settings into edcast config options?
