Hi everyone.

I'm a new Icecast's user. I've installed Icecast 2.3.2 on Windows Server. Also, I've Installed Edcast in order to my radio signal. I set it: 24Kbps, 44100Hz, Stereo. But I can't listen the audio because the transfer rate on my player is some like 290 - 305 Kbps

Please check the image:

Some to help me??

surely you are not really expecting a 44khz stereo MP3 stream in only 24kbps? try 22khz mono instead.

Thanks Karl. I set Edcast to 20khz and Mono.

Now the transfer rate is 30Kbps. But when I listen the m3u I just listen noise. You can listen it:

Anyone to help me please? Thxs.

sounds like it's too fast, probably a samplerate mismatch in your input vs encoder.

When you are talkin about a mismatch between the input vs encoder, do you mean my radio signal that I've connected in my Auxiliar Input?

I would suspect between between capture and encoding.
