if you are connecting locally then the router (specifically the external part) should not be involved.

ok I thought that.

Now I've got this thing called darkice and I nice SIMPLE gui to go with it. Called darksnow. Just like edcast, uder windows/winamp.
darkice seems to tie in with jack.

Now I wonder with hope,is there a nice gui, to set up ices2 for " playlist" dilivery?

Oh as I will be trying to use mp3, when we server it, I guess I just click on playlist.mu3 ? or whatever it is?

I've done it now. With point .17. of icecast. And idjc. well it gets to winamp anyhow!
All I need now is a decent dj player that doesn't click and give my voice eco.

DJpaly persists in not giving me any volume.
