it sounds like you want to configure shoutcast to relay an icecast stream. I'm sure it is possible as the connection is HTTP-like you just have to know what the mountpoint requested is.

if shoutcast cannot be configured to request a specific mountpoint then you'll have to map the / request to /stream.

an alias, well take the one provided as an example

<alias source="/" dest="/status.xsl"/>

assuming you want / to map to /stream then you would do

<alias source="/" dest="/stream"/>

whether you only want that on a particular port is purely a decision for yourself.

but i have a little problem, when i type http://radio.elektrana.net:8000 i dont get pls file. how can i repair that?
when i type http://radio.elektrana.net:8000/stream i get the pls file

pls files are not generated but you can write one in place it in webroot under whatever name you find appropriate.
