Hi,
I've recently installed an mpd + icecast and there is a little thing I'd like to fix.
When playing short songs (~30s) a couple of seconds before finishing, the next track pops up. I reckon this must be a buffer issue. I've tried tweaking <queue-size> but I don't see any changes. Furthermore, I don't know if this is related to icecast, mpd or the stream client I'm using: VLC.
Does anyone have any pointers? |

if mpd is cutting off the end of the tracks it is reading then icecast won't be aware of it. icecast is never aware of when the source client changes the input file. maybe there is something at the end of the file that mpd does not like.
