Can somebody say me how can i configure the IceCast2 delay? I want a delay of 90 sec. Or can somebody give me page where i find more information about this. Plz help me

There is no fixed delay with icecast, you can burst ~90 seconds worth of stream data giving a delay but that will be a large amount, the only other place you could do a delay is at the source client end but I don't know of any that adds a fixed delay like that.

Why do you need such a long delay?

I need a delay of 90 sec beacause I stream counter strike matches and the hltv delay is 90 or 120 sec. the listener can then watch the match and can listen the match in live time. I dont know how can I configure the delay. I have atm a delay of 6 sec and thats to short :/

Well you do realise you're never going to get them in sync? All players buffer the stream to some extent.
