is it possible ?
are there any binaries available ?

i installed libxml2, but couldnt find libxslt package for this system...

Redhat 7.0 is a pretty old distro. You might eventually try building libxml & libxslt from source packages, but this could lead to huge upgrades.
A better way would be upgrading to a more recent Redhat based or derivative such as CentOS or Fedora.
