Hello. Is there any way of customizing the output messages, delivered by Icecast, except modifying the source?

Most messages are fixed in source. Do you have something specific in mind?

Yes. I want to edit the error outputs/error messages, but I also want this to to be done in the Windows version.

I just can't figure out a way to compile Icecast for Windows myself from the edited source with the new error messages.

Atleast for linux this is dead-easy Smile

The win32 build is more involved as the dependencies needs to be available (curl,xml2.xsl etc). I myself have issues with updating some of the libs because the build environment is not as straight forward as linux builds. Are the changed messages specific to your setup or will help in general?

Most of them are specific for my setup, but some might help in general.
