Is it possible to make several user accounts (instead of one) for /live mount point, that can be used only on specified time?

With 2.3.2 you'll need to have /live as a relay of another stream, eg /fallback which is overridden by the individual DJ mountpoints and they have a user/pass specific to the DJ. With trunk and kh codebases, you can use the auth url option stream_auth on /live to hand off the authentication to an external php (which can look at other factors like time of day or DB).
