I need to install Liquidsoap. The problem is that when ./configure in the section Configuring ocaml-xmlplaylist-0.1.2 comes out error: checking for xmlm ... configure: error: Not found. Download source here http://erratique.ch/software/xmlm, unpacked, did/, ./build and ./build install, again tried to ./configure but the exact same error |

I'm having the same problem. I tried multiple methods of installing xmlm, including ./build ; ./build install as well as simply copying the .ml and .mli files to ocaml dir - the install instructions say both are valid ways to install.
Still getting
checking for xmlm... configure: error: Not found.
when trying to install ocaml-xmlmplaylist
Extrim25 - did you find a solution to this? |

with any configure failures, look at the last test that it did in the config.log
It may be a missing command that configure assumes it there, remember some packages have inter-dependencies and not all may be specified correctly.

Thanks for the idea Karl, I checked the log, but couldn't find any issues.
For now I'm moving on without xml support. |
