hi
I would like to catch 401's errors and send them to an audio stating that the steam has not been found, etc.
I created an .htaccess inside web/ dir of icecast with the following info inside:
errordocument 401 http://my.server.com:8000/someaudio.mp3
the audio exist and can be listened if clicked on the url, however icecast seems not to handle htaccess files. Is there a way for icecast to interpret htaccess? if not: can I somehow handle 401 errors on icecast?
thanks! _________________ --

401 is typically on listener auth failure. With the KH build auth, a Mountpoint: header could be returned to send the listener to the file in question. 404 could be handled with a wildcard mount
