how can i get the ice fallback mountpoint to work on windows

make sure you have valid xml first, <!-- ignored --> and many of the mountpoint options are not needed for most people, remember do not defined unless you really want it. fallback-mount is the key tag for specifying a fallback mount.

I still do not understand how to get a fallback mountpoint to work on a windows icecast server
