Hi!
I'm using icecast and sc_nsv (linux) to stream preencoded nsv video files. This works quite good except for one problem... When one clip is over and streaming of a new clip begins the client disconnects (in my case winamp). To get the the new clip I have to click "play" again. The same thing happens when I activate an intro file. After the intro ends the stream stops making it impossible to see the real content because when you are reconnecting the intro plays again. I don't even know if this is a problem of icecast or of sc_nsv. What could I try to get this working?

It sounds more like an issue for your winamp, not handling new nsv content. Maybe there are some restrictions when switching from one to the other, eg for audio only files you need to make sure the samplerate and channels match.

You have to make sure that all your NSV files are encoded exactly the same way. Same bitrate for audio and video. _________________ Using NSV with Icecast : www.scvi.net/nsvice.htm
