Can anyone help me with how to make a radio stat box for my website so people can see ow many listeners, the song name and the uptime?

This is doable with some scripting like PHP and some cron scripts, etc.

I think there's a couple scripts that have been mentioned on here before ... baiscally, parse the status.xsl page for the appripriate values and then display them, if that helps
