Estimados he estado largas horas navegando y revisando muchas paginas para lograr entender porque mi winamp no toca en tiempo real mi lista de mp3, pero hasta ahora nada por eso recurro a ustedes.
Tengo funcionando la ultima version de icecast bajada y compilada sin problemas ademas tengo ices version 0.4 con Lame para compilar los mp3. El problema es que cuando coloco en mi winamp el url de mi server no comienza la reproduccion de mis temas hasta que los baja por completo a mi pc, es decir no opera como streaming.
Creo que debe ser algo en la configuracion pero no he logrado distinguir que es, adjunto mis configuraciones

siempre el cliente que escucha el sonido, el servidor que recibe tu stream y posiblemente el cliente que codifica tu señal, siempre todos ellos introducen un pequeño delay porque ellos bofferean la señal para si a tí o a algún cliente que te escuche se les corta temproalmente la conexión ellos poder seguir emitiendo de su buffer.
normalmente son unos 15 segundos de demora, aunque puede variar para más o para menos según el tamaño del stream.

parece que donde te estás conectando es a localhost a un mountpoint llamado ices:
Error during send: Mount failed on http://127.0.0.1:8000/ices, error: Login failed
y no existe, revisa la configuración del ices o del icecast, tienen que coincidir el mountpoint que definas en el icecast con el que configures en el ices
