I curious to know that with Ices2 is there a way I can set up a playlist to where it will play random music in shuffle but every 4 or 5 songs it inserts a sweeper or promo? Anyway of doing this with Ices2? I have been using sc_trans for way to long and it has to many problems. So I figured i'd use something a bit different. Thanks.

not with random playlist, you could use the scripted playlist to achieve this.

How do I go about that?

This scripted program returns a filename for ices to play, how that filename is selected is up to that 3rd party program. All it needs to do is every N invocations, return back a filename of a sweeper/promo.
