| Hey. I'm new to Icecast, and I set it up and all that stuff. The only problem is that on Icecast, under Source Level Stats, there is nothing there o.o and everytime I talk into the microphone for Oddcast, it disconnects. I don't know why. If I am in the wrong forum, can you direct me to the proper forum? Thanks =) |

I doubt that you scare oddcast enough to disconnect itself. I suspect you are not sending any data to icecast and icecast drops the connection after so many seconds of no data (typically 10). Check the logs to make sure and make sure you are using the source client correctly.

I suggest you look back through the config files for icecast2 and make sure it's all set up right.
Also, read through the howto's on the site. |
