Is there anywhere that has the relay on demand versions precompiled for fedora? I cant figure out how to make the branch versions (newbie to this kind of thing, i am windows a fan) |

no precompiled versions, but if you have fedora you can build the trunk/kh series (those have on-demand relays) quite easily, just do the usual build process of
from tar
./configure <maybe with options>
make or make debug
make install
from an SVN checkout you need to build the configure script so
./autogen.sh
make or make debug
make install

Doesn't fedora need development RPMS installed to make it? |

If you are going to build anything (including icecast) then you will need the development packages which distros do have in their releases.

thanks for your support,, i endup givin up with fedora and put in debian, then packages installed no worries and its all working now |
