Can anyone help me find a nice easy-to-configure MP3 source for Linux? I`ve tried Ices0 but it doesnt appear to work with icecast 2 and I coudnt guet Liveice to work...

Have you looked at ezstream ?

Both ices 0.4 and liveice are known to work with icecast 2.

Yes it does. For both MP3 and Ogg audio content.

I forgot to mention that I need a source client for live-soundcard input streaming. Ezstream worked fine but it needs a MP3 or OGG file to play.
Ices0.4 didn`t work for me. Gonna try it again.
