Icecast Streaming Media Server

What I am trying to do is relay my icecast server through a shoutcast server. now I know the shoutcast server does not allow this but I used to use a method of using winamp and a special formatted .mp3 file which would play on winamp and when people tune into the stream, the mp3 would have text in there that would redirect them back over to the icecast stream, through the shoutcast stream.

The only problem is I dont remember what to put into the .mp3 file to make that happen and I was wondering if any of you do?

All I remember is to open the .mp3 using notepad and then putting the new stream URL in, but I dont think thats right or I am missing something.

Anyway, hope somebody knows something about this method.
