I am getting the error Could not create listener socket on port 8765 I am sure the port is open and nothing else is useing it, but think I may have made an error in the config, which I got a littled muddled doing. If someone could have a look through I would appriciate it.

the xml looks ok, a lot is used as it's commented out, but you probably want to increase the default queue-size from 100k and change the hostname to something more reachable by your listeners. The port issue is probably because something is already on that port, I don't think anything missing from a chroot jail would prevent that.
