Hi,

Has anyone had any luck getting jPlayer working with Karl's .flv mod?
I aim to use HTML5 for playing the plain MP3 stream, and falling back to flash with the .flv mod to avoid the flash memory leak.

When trying to play the flv MP3, jplayer plays a split second of the audio then stops. (In at least IE, Chrome and FF)

no idea there was a problem. If the icecast error log is not showing any issue then there is obviously something the player is expecting. Is it sending a range request?

It works fine with mp3 but doesn't seem to like ?type=.flv
- it seems to want a .fla instead?

P.S. Set 'solution' in the constructor to 'flash' to force flash.

I can add .fla as another type for switching on the FLV wrapper if you think that will make it work. I haven't tried it personally but I've committed the update to github. What is unclear is if some setting is required in the FLV header for it as well. checkout the master first.
