Radio Paradise is very interested in a FLAC stream source client for Icecast. I haven't seen anything available that actually works (just some theoretical constructs).

We would pay for development of such a thing (GPL licensed, of course) as well as for any needed tweaks to Icecast itself.

We're doing lossless streaming in our mobile apps and the interest level is unexpectedly high.
