I understand the reason for quoting/escaping the metadata in situations where it is read from insecure sources (like id3 tags).
In my situation, I'm inserting known-clean metadata and I do not want the player display to include the quotes & escaped apostrophes.
Am I missing an option to disable this -- or can someone point me to the place in the source where I can disable it myself (wasn't immediately obvious to my limited-skill eyes).
