Icecast Streaming Media Server

Karl,

We have a few locations that run icecast in order to broadcast some audio to their users. However in setting up a new location I inadvertantly set them up wrong and instead of giving them all one blanket mount point to log into they have their seperate ones.

Is there a way to say have /x /y /z mount points forward their data to /B mountpoint?

I'm asking because in testing I thought if you relayed the mount points they would keep their original name. Am I right in that guess or do I have it bass-ackwards?

edit: Well I see I can rename a mountpoint if I'm relaying the server. However is it possible to relay within the same server?

The /B mountpoint could be a relay that reads from another mountpoint on the same server, the issue is which mountpoint do you want it to use. With relays the mount has to be specified and local-mount takes whatever mount is unless overridden in the xml

Ideally I'd like to have it so that we change nothing on their end, they keep using /x /y and /z mountpoints and then we add a blanket /B mountpoint that would relay the /x /y and /z mountpoints if they're active.
