hello
maybe this was posted before but... i didn't found it 
i want to use ices0 to stream on icecast 2.3.1.
I heard (read) once that I do just have to put "source" as username for every mountpoint as username. That works
..cause the ices0 shows as source for a few seconds...
it seems that with the connection it works because for a few seconds I get the mountpoint in the stats.xsl
then ices0 hangs up with

and I have to kill -9 [PID] the process
any ideas?

I just kicked out ices0 and use ezstream....
works like charming!
ezstream is very stable on my freebsd. Up since some weeks, easy to install and configure.
