Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hello,
Is it possible to do multiple streaming in Icecast using differnt ports? For eg
10 users running 10 different stations on different ports and bitrates using there own mp3 sources.
Is there any web based console from which Icecast admin can manage the server and provide web access to each of 10 users to manage there station?
Something like scpanel .net

Why different ports?
Icecast2 uses different mountpoints for each station.

if you don't need to account the iptraffic for each of your users go for the solution with one IP, one Port and different mountpoints (MP). I'm not sure there's the MP limit on ICEcast, 15 or 25 each server, but 10 is no problem.

e.g.:
http://stream.your-site.com:8000/station1
http://stream.your-site.com:8000/station2
http://stream.your-site.com:8000/station3
...

where station1..3 ist the mountpoint which can be also named as synonym for the webcast (webradio) name.

You can also limit the number of slots for each mountpoint.
