Icecast Streaming Media Server

I just started getting this error---*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (fasttop)---- when starting ices0 from the command line. I am not sure what it means. I tried googling it, but all I can ascertain from that is a perl problem.

My system is Mandrive 2006, if that helps at all.

Did you install a mandriva ready ices0 package or compiled by yourself ?

In both cases, sounds there's a glitch between glibc versions...

I think I found it. I had two instances of ices0 running trying to send to the same mountpoint. Once I changed the ices.conf file to reflect a different mountpoint, it worked perfectly.

Hope this helps someone else.
