I need something like `icegenerator', but with web-interface to prepare playlists, upload prepared MP3 files, create new mountpoints, etc.

I don't need recoding of files, like `music player daemon' does and I need support of MP3, not only OGG.

I need support of ID3v1 AND ID3v2.x tags AND support of national characters in filenames and ID3v1 tags (with site-wide codepages for filenames and ID3v1 tags).

Is here something like this?
