Icecast Streaming Media Server

I'm having problems making url authentication work at all. htpasswd auth works fine, url auth is not even calling the url.

I have tried with icecast 2.3.0 and the kh branch 2.3-kh1.

The script works successfully when called from lynx on the same machine. All I have it doing is creating a file to dump POST vars into then returning the icecast-auth-user header. Neither listening to the stream or using the auth.xsl page is calling the url.

the relevant lines from my config file are:
<authentication type="url">
<option name="add" value="http://<ip address>/add_listener.php"/>
<option name="remove" value="http://<ip address>/del_listener.php"/>
</authentication>

Any info on why this isn't working would be appreciated.

The option names were changed before 2.3 was released, maybe you want "listener_add" and "listener_remove"

Just saved me having to add a couple hundred lines to the password file
