Can someone please help me. I have very basic knowledge of linux and thats it, im much better in Windows to be honest

Alot of the linux version have a installer with packages for icecast.
for example in Fedora/redhat you should ned to just say "yum install icecast" and wala it will be installed with the default config..
and to start the server up /etc/init.d/icecast start
and you online with the defaults.. which you should only use for testing only and on a private network.. |
