Is there a chance to authenticate listeners? Or to limit access to the streams to some IP-address ranges only?

yes, mountpoints can have listener authentication applied to them, both as simple htpasswd auth or as URL interaction with something external.

sure, as long as the playlist follows the general format rules for a uri http://user:pass@host:port/mountpoint?queryargs
