Icecast Streaming Media Server

this can't be terribly hard, but I doubt many people have cared to ask for it.

I have a Treo 700w with a broadband connection from Verizon. The upstream speed is supposedly 384K, which sounds to me like it's good enough for a very nice icecastable stream. The built-in mic delivers surprisingly good mono sound for portable recording, and I'd love to get stereo into it somehow. I already have more than one program installed that plays icecast streams beautifully, but how about hosting one?
