I installed the icecast Server per root with

apt-get install icecast2

now there is an icecast2 folder in /etc.. the rights are set to user "icecast2".. when i want to start the server with user "webradio" there is the error:

FATAL: error parsing config file (/etc/icecast2/icecast.xml)
XML config parsing error


Do you have an idea? Question

hmm i think i use shoutcast.. its easier to run and it works good on my server.

please close the thread Embarassed
