Hello all,

I'm a new member, and this is my first post. Icecast is really good!
My question: how do I display the currently playing song (Now Playing) on my website, other than the icecast server status page?
I know its possible with shoutcast, with the iFreame or iFrame.

Regards,

Radio Broadcaster.

you could create your own xsl in webroot which is cut down version of what status.xsl does and iframe it.

hello, i also would like to add metainfo to my ogg-stream, which is made by darkice. inside my /web/status.xsl i see that icecast is actually looking for an artist and title. this is, i think, the relevant part:
Quote:
</xsl:if>
<tr><td>Current Song:</td><td class="streamdata">
<xsl:if test="artist"><xsl:value-of select="artist" /> - </xsl:if><xsl:value-of select="title" /></td></tr>
<tr><td>Listen:</td><td class="streamdata">

my question is: where can i add these information and change them while mixing. can i create a new xsl-file and link it somehow?
